Manually deliver a contact

Manually triggers delivery for a contact that is pending action (e.g. waiting for manual review). Creates a new submission and sends the contact through the qualification and delivery pipeline for the specified playbook. The contact must not have a pursuit held for review.

Bulk update contacts

Updates multiple contacts at once. Supports updating status, questionnaire answers, and other fields.

Resolve or reopen a contact review

Rules on the review hold on the contact's pursuit. Approving releases the pursuit so the chase and delivery proceed. Rejecting ends the pursuit and records the contact as rejected. Setting to pending puts the contact back on hold.
