Repost a failed contact

Retries delivery for a contact with status failed, rejected, or error. Two modes are supported: simple retry (resends with the same or provided delivery info, skips qualification) and modified retry (provide a modifiedPayload and playbookId to re-qualify with updated data). For simple retry, the previous delivery info is reused automatically if not provided.

Override delivery info for simple retry. If omitted, reuses the previous delivery info.

modifiedPayload?

Modified contact data for re-qualification. When provided, the contact goes through qualification again.

playbookId?string

Required when using modifiedPayload. The playbook to re-qualify against.

Resolve or reopen a contact review

Rules on the review hold on the contact's pursuit. Approving releases the pursuit so the chase and delivery proceed. Rejecting ends the pursuit and records the contact as rejected. Setting to pending puts the contact back on hold.

Move contact to another playbook

Moves a contact to a different playbook and creates a new submission.
